Abstract

Las universidades juegan un rol importante en la formación de profesionales integrales que muestren preparación científica y técnica, y valores éticos. El objetivo de este trabajo fue elaborar un sistema de procedimientos para la formación de la cultura ética de los docentes de la Filial Universitaria de Guisa. Se utilizaron métodos teóricos, empíricos, y estadísticos (estadística descriptiva y la prueba no paramétrica de Wilcoxon). Los resultados evidencian insuficiencias en el proceso de formación de la cultura ética del docente; la implementación del sistema de procedimientos desarrolló la capacidad de análisis crítico, reflexivo y argumentativo en la praxis docente, además fue valorado cualitativamente como adecuado mediante el método de talleres de socialización y contribuyó a la formación de la cultura ética de los docentes de la Filial Universitaria de Guisa, según lo expresado de forma cuantitativa por los resultados de la prueba de Rangos Señalados de Wilcoxon.
