Abstract

El presente trabajo hace uso de metodología cualitativa y pretende propiciar el ejercicio de la reflexión entre académicos e investigadores, la Inteligencia Emocional es un tópico importante dentro del ámbito académico, ya que este incide en el desarrollo del desempeño académico, profesional y personal de los seres humanos. En la actualidad la tarea de investigación en las ciencias de la Educación es de gran relevancia para la sociedad ya que vivimos inmersos en relaciones interpersonales que demandan personas que sean educadas y que se comporten con propiedad en los distintos ámbitos como lo son: locales, regionales, nacionales e internacionales, dentro del campo de la investigación en ciencias Educativas se ha dado la utilización de métodos cualitativos que enriquecen el campo educativo con estudios fenomenológicos, de caso, de intervención entre otros, esto genera información relevante para la toma de decisiones docentes y de gestión escolar en los distintos niveles educativos.
