Metodologã A Para Gestionar El Cambio Organizacional En La Universidad Laica €Œeloy Alfaro†De Manabã

Abstract

La Universidad Laica “Eloy Alfaro†de Manabí, ha obtenido resultados deficientes en las evaluaciones que el CEAACES llevó a cabo en los últimos años, por lo que fue ubicada en la categoría “C†en el 2009 y en la categoría “D†en el 2013. Frente a esta situación, se desarrolló una investigación para determinar la percepción de los actores universitarios, tales como docentes, estudiantes y personal administrativo, para entender dónde están los principales problemas que impiden que la ULEAM mejore su desempeño. Como resultado de esta investigación, se propone la Metodología que se aborda en el presente trabajo, la misma que parte de la premisa de que lo verdaderamente importante es conseguir un cambio en el comportamiento de las personas, tanto en su parte racional como emocional, para que pasen de ser objetos a sujetos del cambio.
