Abstract

En este trabajo se realiza un estudio acerca de la preparación del docente desde la necesidad de que este asuma una participación más protagónica en el proceso de superación profesional. La revisión documental permitió realizar un análisis de los fundamentos teóricos sobre la educación de postgrado partiendo de la educación, la perspectiva de formación permanente y la superación profesional como vía de desarrollo del intelecto y la actividad creadora de los docentes. Se enumeran sus características y se describen los modelos más usados en este proceso.
