La Superaciã“N De Los Directivos Educacionales: Una Propuesta Necesaria

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se hacen algunas referencias desde el punto de visto teórico y normativo acerca de la educación posgraduada, al tiempo que se concede un lugar importante a la superación de los directivos en aras de lograr las transformaciones necesarias en el sistema educativo cubano, a fin de que los resultados de los procesos formativos que se desarrollan en la escuela alcancen los niveles deseados, en correspondencia con las exigencias actuales de la sociedad cubana. Por otra parte, se ofrecen los resultados de un estudio diagnóstico relacionado con las necesidades de superación de los directivos de la Dirección Provincial de Educación en Cienfuegos, así como el diseño de superación concebido para la atención a dichas necesidades. Aún cuando es este un proyecto en marcha, las mediciones de impacto que han hecho arrojan resultados muy favorables.
