Abstract

Las reformas en la universidad ecuatoriana se veían venir como cascada, producto de la globalización, la cual a nivel mundial empuja cambios homologantes, inclusivos. Pero este ímpetu trae consigo el análisis de lo ya existente. Estaremos preparados para tan significativos avances? En la modalidad semipresencial a Distancia hay elementos que deben ser considerados antes de continuar con las reformas educativas ya que al momento la única solución hallada es el cierre de estas unidades académicas de educación superior.
