Abstract

En la obra escrita del Apóstol cubano José Martí existe un ideario vinculado a la cultura ambiental para el desarrollo sostenible de gran vigencia. En el presente artículo se demuestra lo antes planteado, se argumenta la importancia de su estudio para la formación humanista-martiana de los ciudadanos y se socializan experiencias de su utilización en los procesos de la formación ambiental de docentes, para suscitar su empleo en Latinoamérica y el Caribe.
