Lã“Gica Difusa En La Evaluaciã“N Por Competencias De Docentes Universitarios

Abstract

La evaluación de docentes universitarios se realiza en diferentes fases una de la cuales consiste en la expresión de indicadores mediante una escala de medición por lo general ordinal, en ocasiones, dada la amplitud de la muestra y la tradición práctica. Además, en el proceso de evaluación de los docentes en la Escuela de Ingeniería de Empresas de la Facultad de Administración de Empresas (FADE), Escuela Superior Politécnica de Chimborazo (ESPOCH), Ecuador, se emplean variables que no se corresponden con las competencias de esos profesionales. Atendiendo a la determinación del contenido de esas categorías para los docentes de la Educación Superior de Ecuador, se utilizaron herramientas de la lógica difusa, con el fin de evaluar las intangibilidades que no se consideran con otras escalas de medición. El resultado fue la evaluación de los docentes por competencias, lo cual tuvo un impacto en la transformación de las estrategias para la mejora de la academia en la FADE.
