Abstract

El trabajo muestra una investigación realizada en el claustro de profesores del segundo año de la especialidad de Transporte Automotor del IPES “Oscar Alberto Ortega Lora†, en el municipio de Puerto Padre, provincia Las Tunas, y permitió conocer el estado de preparación de los profesores para planificar, orientar y controlar el trabajo independiente extraclase que desarrollan los estudiantes. La alternativa propuesta puede ser utilizada para todos los docentes que lo necesiten pues no hay limitantes para ello. Los resultados obtenidos fueron alentadores y la calidad del proceso se benefició considerablemente.
