Abstract

La sociedad ecuatoriana está travesando nuevos cambios y retos, entre ellos se encuentra el nuevo reto educativo, en el nivel superior, de caminar hacia la excelencia en la calidad educativa que se imparte en el país. Es por ello que se han empleado nuevos reglamentos y herramientas que ayudan a la implementación de nuevas prácticas de evaluación de la calidad académica. Este texto presenta la experiencia del trabajo que se realiza en la Facultad de Ingeniería Química de la Universidad de Guayaquil para alcanzar los estándares que promueve el CEAACES en el Ecuador.
