Abstract

El objetivo de este artículo es develar las categorías onto epistemológicas utilizadas por Jean Piaget para explicar la forma en que los sujetos incrementan su conocimiento con base fundamental en el proceso biológico que él conoció por su formación intelectual que tuvo como base la Biología. La investigación incluyó el análisis de varias de las obras del genebrino para identificar las categorías que se presentan y que se usan en el proceso educativo. Se concluye que la concepción ontológica está formada por una triada entre la dialéctica, el funcionalismo y el estructuralismo y que la concepción epistemológica es de carácter biológico y psicológico.
