Reformas En La Educaciã“N Superior Del Ecuador Y Su Incidencia En La Planificaciã“N De Contrataciã“N Docente

Abstract

La educación superior en el Ecuador se encuentra atravesando una serie de cambios enfocados hacia la calidad, promoviendo la investigación científica y tecnológica para de esta forma fortalecer el conocimiento de los estudiantes universitarios, y a su vez formar profesionales con la capacidad de discernir casos investigativos y que sean competitivos a nivel mundial. Esto abarca mayores exigencias de estándares hacia los docentes universitarios puesto que son parte fundamental de esta transformación que influye en el desarrollo de sus competencias. Las exigencias establecidas en esta nueva reforma de Educación Superior ha afectado a la planificación del recurso humano docente, ya que se dispone que cumplan con una serie de nuevos requisitos académicos, así también los mismos tienen como finalidad de cumplir con el objetivo establecido en el Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir 2013-2017 de fortalecer las capacidades y potencialidades de la ciudadanía.
