Análisis de resultados del concurso de oposicion para el ingreso al servicio profesional docente de educacion basica del Sur Sureste de México

Abstract

En el Sistema Educativo Mexicano se comienza a comprender que para que un profesor recién egresado acceda al sistema educativo, debe tener unas capacidades individuales que lo hagan posible. Es necesario que manifieste su capacidad educativa y su grado de sensibilidad social. En la sociedad actual, es mucho más fácil que los profesores recién egresados accedan constantemente a la información por medio de internet y esto conlleva apresurados cambios que esbozan consecutivamente nuevos problemas, demandando a los profesores múltiples capacidades para crear el conocimiento puntual que les admita enfrentar las problemáticas actuales sin dificultad. En este documento se presenta un análisis de los resultados del concurso de oposición para el ingreso al servicio profesional docente de educación básica del sur sureste de México; para el ciclo escolar 2014-2015.
