Estudio de una experiencia: aulas virtuales para apoyar la docencia presencial

Abstract

Las aulas virtuales pueden, empleando la red y los materiales digitales educativos contribuir a formar las nuevas generaciones de profesionales. Su respaldo a la docencia presencial es una opción económica, eficiente y disponible para los países de bajos recursos. La universidad de ciencias pedagógicas Frank País García de Santiago de Cuba, desde el 2010 introduce las aulas virtuales para apoyar la docencia presencial. Este trabajo expone los principales resultados obtenidos con el empleo de las aulas virtuales entre 2011 y 2013. Estudia la actividad de docentes y estudiantes en las mismas para tipificar su uso con la intención de orientar el perfeccionamiento de la formación de profesionales de la educación.
