Análisis del Real Decreto de la Formación Profesional Básica

Abstract

En este artículo se va a realizar un análisis del Real Decreto 127/2014, de 28 de febrero, por el que se regulan los aspectos específicos de la Formación Profesional Básica, que se inserta en las enseñanzas de formación profesional del sistema educativo. En este Real Decreto también se aprueban catorce títulos profesionales básicos y se fijan sus currículos básicos. También se realiza la modificación del Real Decreto 1850/2009, de 4 de diciembre, sobre expedición de títulos académicos y profesionales correspondientes a las enseñanzas establecidas en la Ley Orgánica 2/2006, de 3 de mayo, de Educación. El 16 de mayo, mediante el Real Decreto 356/2014, se crearon siete títulos más de Formación Profesional Básica, del catálogo de títulos de las enseñanzas de Formación Profesional.
