La orientación educativa dirigida a fortalecer la educación ambiental de los escolares del nivel primario

Abstract

Los problemas del medio ambiente se han convertido en una de las mayores preocupaciones políticas, económicas, sociales y educativas de la época contemporánea a nivel mundial, de cuya solución depende, en gran medida, la existencia de la vida en la Tierra. El Estado Cubano aboga por el logro de un desarrollo económico sostenido y ambientalmente sustentable, que exige un enfoque y una concepción global y multifacética, que considere la aguda crisis económica de los países en desarrollo. A pesar del trabajo desarrollado sobre la educación ambiental en Cuba, se requiere de la actualización constante de trabajo de investigación, de desarrollo y experiencias pedagógicas, cuyos resultados permitan elevar la necesaria calidad del trabajo de educación ambiental en el proceso docente educativo de la escuela cubana, de los distintos niveles de enseñanza, mediante las vías curriculares y no curriculares. Los referentes teóricos de partida, así como los sistematizados por los autores sobre el tema, permiten ofrecer en las valoraciones que se presentan una visión de la orientación educativa dirigida a fortalecer la educación ambiental de los escolares del nivel primario.
