Breve guía de consulta de la LOMCE y la LOE

Abstract

En este artículo se realiza un análisis de la Ley Orgánica 2/2006 de 3 de mayo, de Educación, con las modificaciones efectuadas en ella por la Ley Orgánica 8/2013, de 9 de diciembre, para la mejora de la calidad educativa. Pretende ser una rápida guía de consulta de la ley, por lo que a lo largo del artículo se ha analizado la estructura, el preámbulo, los diferentes títulos y las disposiciones que la conforman. No se ha pretendido realizar un análisis exhaustivo, pero si se ha querido realizar una exploración lo suficientemente pormenorizada para que pueda servir de guía rápida y encontrar con presteza la parte del texto deseado, ya que muchas veces su manejo es dificultoso al tener una estructura de modificaciones referenciadas.
