Importancia de la tutoría en la educación superior en México: favorecer espacios de proyección y libertad

Abstract

en este artículo se reflexiona sobre el papel de la tutoría en la educación superior, se señalan los alcances que puede llegar a tener y algunas de las problemáticas que conlleva el ejercicio de la actividad. El trabajo se estructura en tres partes, en la primera se recuperan algunos de los principales fundamentos de la educación para personas jóvenes y adultas, destacando algunas rutas viables enmarcadas en la perspectiva de construir sociedades libres y democráticas. De estos planteamientos emerge la idea de que la tutoría como parte del proceso educativo contribuirá de manera importante a la formación de mejores personas. La segunda, aborda aspectos conceptuales de la tutoría, se expone la propuesta de la tutoría, esbozada por la ANUIES y las Instituciones de Educación Superior en México, destacando sus alcances, y se consideran además algunas problemáticas que afectan los procesos de trabajo tutorial; finalmente, en la tercera, se plantean consideraciones finales y recomendaciones para la tutoría.
