Abstract

Gestión del conocimiento universitario con una visión de la escuela rural como centro cultural de la comunidad. Objetivo: Analizar como la Gestión del conocimiento universitario contribuye a la visión de la escuela rural como centro cultural con la participación, dinámica, activa y voluntaria de las personas de la comunidad y el Instructor de Arte como agente de desarrollo en el contexto rural. Contenidos: Acciones socioculturales de la escuela para el desarrollo de una cultura general integral, Gestión del conocimiento universitario ruta para el Instructor de Arte como agente de desarrollo en el contexto rural y el taller, forma organizativa docente con apoyo de la gestión del conocimiento universitario. Aportes: La escuela rural vista en la gestión del conocimiento universitario es una institución cultural que tiene el encargo social de formar y desarrollar al individuo del medio rural desde el punto de vista intelectual, moral, estético, ideológico y físico, combinando a todos los sujetos que intervienen en el proceso educativo y particularmente en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, cuyo contenido es precisamente la cultura. Las acciones socioculturales que se programan en la escuela rural cubana, se realizan a partir de objetivos concretos, sobre el desarrollo de una cultura general integral. La Gestión del conocimiento universitario es una ruta para el Instructor de Arte como agente de desarrollo en el contexto rural, El taller es la forma organizativa docente que por sus peculiaridades privilegia los procesos educativo-culturales.
