Gestión directiva en universidades politécnicas del estado de Hidalgo, México bajo el modelo EBC

Abstract

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo conocer el estado actual que guarda la gestión directiva en las Universidades Politécnicas instaladas en el estado de Hidalgo, México; instituciones que actualmente llevan a cabo sus actividades bajo un Modelo Educativo Basado en Competencias, al respecto se identifica que existe una desarticulación de las actividades del área académica y del área administrativa en el seguimiento de dicho modelo educativo, destacando la importancia de la gestión directiva a través de los factores que la conforman actualmente en dichas instituciones, lo anterior se obtuvo a través de un análisis cualitativo desde la perspectiva de la Teoría Fundamentada y apoyada en el análisis por el programa ATLAS TI.
