La competencia comunicativa en el panorama de la formación basada en competencias: variados caminos para un término oportuno

Abstract

Se realiza una revisión bibliográfica del estado del arte del tema de la formación basada en competencias y el lugar estratégico que ocupan las competencias comunicativas dentro de las variadas clasificaciones y como clasificación misma. Con ello justificamos lo pertinentes que se hacen las habilidades comunicativas y de manera general los recursos personológicos, motivacionales y cognitivos que movilizan los estudiantes para lograr calidad de su actuación profesional en disímiles contextos. Esto como resultado es aún insuficiente en el escenario cotidiano de las universidades cubanas, lo cual se convierte en visible problemática que proponemos dar respuesta en el nivel de la gestión curricular a través de las tareas docentes integradoras.
