Las TIC en la ley de educación y los centros de secundaria

Abstract

En este artículo se realiza una reflexión sobre las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación (TIC). Se analizan los últimos avances experimentados por las TIC en el sector educativo y su aplicación en los centros docentes de educación secundaria, por parte del alumnado, el profesorado y la gestión del centro. También se analiza la incorporación al sistema educativo español, de las competencias básicas y entre ellas de la competencia digital. La Leyes Educativas, en vigor actualmente, son la LODE (en los términos y redacción dispuestos en la LOE) y la propia LOE. No obstante, se realiza una revisión de las últimas leyes educativas porque se considera que es ilustrativo de la evolución realizada en relación con las TIC.
