Abstract

La presente investigación habla sobre el Estrés en el magisterio, como estrés entendemos que es un estado patológico crónico ocasionado por las condiciones habituales del estrés en que se encuentran las personas, el escrito persigue informar las causas, los síntomas, las terapias-tratamientos y forma de prevenirlo. El estrés en el docente es un estado que se presenta comúnmente hoy en día a causa de la falta de apoyo por parte de los directivos, la falta de responsabilidad del alumnado, y por el trabajo pesado que suelen tener, esto afecta su estado de ánimo, la baja productividad en su labor, problemas laborales y personales.
