La imagen organizacional en una institución universitaria municipal de Las Tunas: procedimiento para su diagnóstico

Abstract

El estudio de la imagen se constituye en un elemento cada vez más importante para el desarrollo de las organizaciones. De marcada actualidad, aunque con escasas décadas de investigación, el tema de la imagen organizacional comienza a estudiarse en las Instituciones de Educación Superior cubanas, donde se aprecia un paulatino reconocimiento de la significación de la imagen de sus públicos en el funcionamiento de estas organizaciones. Teniendo en cuenta la subjetividad del proceso de la creación de la imagen en la mente de los públicos, resulta importante para las organizaciones, los elementos que identifican su actuar y que sean capaces de proyectar a la sociedad.
