Importancia de la Sociología Jurídica en la enseñanza del Derecho

Abstract

En el presente artículo abordamos el contenido de la Sociología del Derecho como rama especializada de la Sociología General, la cual tiene como objeto el estudio la interacción del binomio Derecho-Sociedad desde su más mínimas expresiones, dada la importancia de las relaciones que dentro de él se gestan, enfatizando en el papel que para el Derecho tiene el enfoque sociológico de su estudio por ser una de las dimensiones que lo compone, así como la necesidad de que la Sociología del Derecho o Sociología Jurídica sea incorporada a los planes de estudio de la carrera de Derecho, en aras de lograr un enfoque más integral y científico de los egresados de esta rama de las Ciencias Sociales.
