Perfeccionamiento de la disciplina principal integradora de la carrera de contabilidad y finanzas

Abstract

Las nuevas condiciones de productividad y competitividad no pueden obtenerse con una limitada y reducida formación. Esto ha llevado a modificar sustancialmente el concepto y las prácticas tradicionales de la formación. La concepción de una formación basada en competencias constituye un enfoque integrador cuyo punto de partida es el análisis de la "realidad" misma, el conocimiento específico de las tareas a cumplir, el desarrollo de aptitudes y actitudes, en fin, una transformación radical de las prácticas tradicionales de la enseñanza-aprendizaje formal hacia el aprendizaje de por vida. Tomando como base lo anterior, esta investigación estuvo dirigida a establecer una estrategia didáctica para contribuir, desde la disciplina principal integradora, a formar competencias profesionales en los estudiantes de la carrera de Contabilidad y Finanzas de la Universidad de Las Tunas.
