El papel de la universidad en el desarrollo local

Abstract

El desarrollo rural está en consonancia con la producción económica del territorio, a pesar de poseer ciertas limitaciones que impactan en relaciones de la actividad gubernamental. Sin embargo la aplicación de modelos generalizadores de forma vertical en determinados casos ha soslayado las necesidades inmediatas de este territorio para afrontar otras que siendo de primer orden a niveles gubernamentales han provocado efectos secundarios en el desarrollo del territorio. Por tanto debe existir una comunicación abierta, flexible y concatenada entre los decisores y la universidad como potenciador de capacitación, conocimiento y cientificidad.
