    El proceso de comprensión de las artes plásticas y su apreciación en los profesionales de la educación es una de las insuficiencias y/o limitantes en la dinámica del proceso de enseñanza – aprendizaje para la formación integral de los estudiantes, las diferentes investigaciones y diagnósticos realizados evidencian la necesidad de perfeccionar la formación permanente de estos profesionales de la educación para contribuir a un mejor desempeño pedagógico en relación con los componentes artísticos - estéticos y la aspiración social de lograr la formación de una cultura general integral.
