La asignatura derecho, su incidencia en la formación de los profesionales de la contabilidad y las finanzas

Abstract

El presente trabajo aborda la contribución de la asignatura Derecho a la formación de contadores desde la concepción del Plan de Estudio, considerando la formación integral, el futuro contador, dotado de todas las herramientas del conocimiento puede incidir en los procesos económicos, perfeccionarlos y dinamizarlos sobre un soporte estrictamente legal que garantice la legitimidad de las decisiones. En el trabajo se tratan el surgimiento y desarrollo de la profesión contable y su relación con el Derecho, se caracterizan algunos elementos del Plan de Estudio, las habilidades que se forman, evaluando el impacto de la misma en los valores generales y específicos de la profesión que se forman desde la asignatura.
