Identificación de las competencias profesionales básicas del jurista en materia civil

Abstract

La investigación se refiere a la identificación de competencias profesionales básicas en el contexto universitario, específicamente en la carrera de Licenciatura en Derecho; el autor, luego de definir las competencias y asumir clasificaciones, identifica las competencias profesionales básicas, y luego pone a disposición de expertos del sector jurídico, en la provincia, el trabajo realizado, para su posterior valoración, dentro de una disciplina específica de la carrera, pero de gran importancia como lo es el Derecho Civil y de Familia; de la misma se extraen valiosas conclusiones que derivan en un mejoramiento de las guías de los ejercicios jurídicos y de una futura implementación en la carrera del desarrollo de competencias profesionales.
