El rol del profesor en el marco de la gestión de la NUC

Abstract

La gestión de la calidad de los procesos universitarios juega un importante papel en el proceso de la nueva universidad cubana, es decir en las filiales universitarias municipales que su encargo social es vital para la preparación de un profesional competente que responda a las exigencias del mundo contemporáneo. A medida que esta sea más eficiente atendiendo al rol del profesor y a su liderazgo se impone una mayor preparación en esta con el objetivo de lograr la excelencia del proceso docente educativo. En el trabajo se muestra un ejemplo de ello.
