Abstract

Comunicación viene del latín “communis”, que significa comunicación entre personas de una comunidad. Es un sistema de interacciones entre las personas que actúa como un sistema abierto y móvil que garantiza la posibilidad de distribución y redistribución de las funciones entre los participantes, el intercambio de roles durante la solución del problema, la cooperación o contraposición mutua y transcurre en dependencia de cómo se forman las relaciones entre sus participantes. (Lomov, 1989:11).
