Abstract

La sociedad actual exige la preparación plena del hombre, capaz de enfrentar el crecimiento vertiginoso de la información científico-técnica y de carácter social en general. Necesita apropiarse de los recursos que le permitan la búsqueda de las informaciones indispensables para su desarrollo y poder aplicarlos en la transformación social. La escuela juega un papel promisorio en el desarrollo de los escolares y, en gran medida, en el contexto de los escolares que presentan necesidades educativas como es el caso de los niños de la escuela primaria de primer grado con dificultades para la adquisición de la lectura inicial.
