La gestión de la educación en el Instituto Tecnológico Bolívar

Abstract

El presente trabajo muestra como se ha logrado establecer un vínculo positivo de convivencia entre docentes y estudiantes, el cual involucra a su vez la familia, a partir del trabajo de orientación educativa que se realiza en el Instituto Tecnológico Bolívar de la ciudad de Tulcán de la Provincia del Carchi - Ecuador. A partir de la realización las buenas prácticas, se logra disminuir la deserción escolar, la repetición, el analfabetismo, y por otro lado los docentes implementan los referentes teóricos, lo cual contribuye a su superación sistemática, posibilita una formación integral del hombre del siglo XXI capaz de transformar desde su concepción y sus valores la realidad que lo rodea, elevándose la calidad del proceso docente-educativo.
