¿Cómo integrar la preparación de los profesores a tiempo parcial a la estrategia universitaria?

Abstract

La extensión de los procesos sustantivos universitarios a toda la sociedad mediante la presencia en el territorio, ha constituido el inicio de una nueva etapa en el desarrollo de la Educación Superior en estrecho vínculo con la sociedad, su desarrollo y demandas en sus diferentes ámbitos. Atendiendo a las funciones del profesor- tutor y el papel que desde su rol de educador desempeña en este modelo pedagógico, sus compromiso fundamental se relaciona entonces con la capacitación a través de todas las vías que le puedan proporcionar conocimientos y preparación para enfrentar este reto, Háblese de actividades metodológicas, cursos, entrenamientos, diplomados o maestrías. Lo más importante es crear en cada uno esa necesidad de constante superación que garantiza que se conviertan en verdaderos educadores.
