Precisiones metodológicas para el trabajo del depatamento de formación pedagógica general en los ipvcp y las escuelas formadoras de maestros

Abstract

La experiencia obtenida en la Filial Pedagógica Municipal San Luis en la atención prioritaria e intencional al funcionamiento del Preuniversitario Vocacional de Ciencias Pedagógicas: ¨Cira Vaillant González¨, ha motivado a los autores de este material a dejar memorias de las acciones implementadas en este centro docente, las cuales son factibles de generalizar, también en las escuelas de formación de maestros primarios y educadoras de círculos infantiles. Precisamente, es nuestro propósito ofrecer algunas recomendaciones metodológicas para lograr elevar la calidad en el funcionamiento de estas instalaciones educativas, teniendo en cuenta: las funciones del departamento de Formación Pedagógica General (FPG); particular tratamiento se ofrece a los indicadores principales que el resto de los departamentos deben cumplir. Finalmente, se delimitan los documentos propios de cada integrante del departamento de FPG para ejercer su actividad profesional.
