Evaluación institucional focalizada en la calidad de la docencia del programa de contaduría pública de la Universidad de la Amazonia

Abstract

La evaluación institucional focalizada adquiere nuevas dimensiones si se desarrolla desde otras ópticas a las tradicionales, que permitan encontrar la pertinencia del proceso mismo y a su vez contribuyan a reconfigurar los resultados en procura de convertirlos en objeto permanente de estudio con el fin de establecer mejoras continuas al interior de la institución. Este trabajo de conceptualización pretende mostrar esos caminos que permiten tener una mirada distinta de la evaluación institucional. Así mismo como conclusión La evaluación institucional focalizada en la calidad de la docencia permite conocer la realidad del programa académico y de la misma Universidad. A través de ella, se logra la integración de todas las áreas, unidades académicas y estamentos lo que permite generar procesos sistémicos, autorreferenciados y autopoiéticos que le garantizan a los directivos tomar decisiones racionales y sustentadas en argumentos académicos que les producen las investigaciones mismas que les subyacen, de esta manera contribuye a garantizar la calidad de la educación.
