Abstract

El artículo aborda la dinámica del proceso de desempeño del director de la escuela secundaria básica cubana en su actividad pedagógica profesional de dirección, con posterioridad a 1959 y hasta la actualidad. El análisis histórico realizado reconoce la presencia de períodos, etapas y fases. Se identifican tendencias y regularidades del proceso de desempeño del director de la escuela secundaria básica cubana.
