Abstract

El presente trabajo muestra cómo a partir de la utilización de la página web SICRE, se perfila el trabajo personalizado en la Residencia Estudiantil de la Universidad Vladimir Ilich Lenin de Las Tunas, a partir de la interpretación que realizan los instructores educativos de las opiniones reflejadas en los foros interactivos ubicados en esta página, lo que contribuye a elevar el nivel de gestión del trabajo educativo – instructivo, propicia un mayor acercamiento a este grupo de riesgo al conocer sus necesidades sentidas, estados de opinión e información, así como sus intereses y trabajar en aras de suplir estas deficiencias.
