La preparación pedagógica de los tutores de las empresas en la especialidad técnico en contabilidad

Abstract

La Educación Técnica y Profesional es la encargada de formar un trabajador capaz de potenciar con su labor la eficiencia en las entidades productivas y los servicios sociales. En la actualidad este subsistema de la educación experimenta un proceso de transformaciones como vía para un mejor cumplimiento de su encargo social. En este sentido, en las escuelas politécnicas de economía se hace necesaria la vinculación de los estudiantes con las entidades productivas o de servicios, lo cual concreta una mayor relación de estos con el objeto de su profesión, potenciando un mayor desarrollo del pensamiento creador, un nivel más alto de asimilación de los conocimientos y de desarrollo de las habilidades profesionales. La preparación pedagógica de los tutores para dirigir dicho proceso constituye un reto para la Escuela Politécnica actual. En el presente artículo a partir del diagnóstico se proponen acciones para mejorar el desempeño de los tutores en la escuela politécnica Holguinera.
