Los talleres metodológicos, una vía para fortalecer la preparación metodológica

Abstract

La formación de las nuevas generaciones de cubanos es una premisa para la supervivencia del proyecto social de la nación, por lo que una de las tareas más importantes del Sistema Nacional de Educación es la formación, superación y perfeccionamiento del personal docente que dirigirá el proceso pedagógico, precisamente a esta tarea dedicamos la investigación, que está dirigida a conocer y solucionar en gran medida las insuficiencias que presentan los profesionales de la educación en la dirección del trabajo docente-metodológico, específicamente en la preparación metodológica que se desarrolla en la Educación Media para la solución se elaboran actividades en forma de talleres con la siguiente estructura: Actividad número, tipo, duración, tema, objetivo, bibliografía, sugerencias metodológicas, resultados esperados, observaciones, evaluación y seguimiento.
