El tutor del docente en formación, figura necesaria en la formación inicial del profesional de la educación

Abstract

El desarrollo de la universalización pedagógica ha revitalizado el papel del tutor y actualmente cobra mayor importancia si queremos elevar la calidad en la formación y egreso de los futuros docentes. El tutor debe promover, facilitar, ayudar al docente en formación, creando las condiciones para su crecimiento personal y profesional, sin embargo, se ha detectado que es insuficiente su preparación para dirigir y conducir el proceso de formación de los docentes en formación que se encuentran universalizados, es por ello que es propósito de nuestro trabajo elaborar una estrategia de capacitación para la preparación de los tutores de los docentes en formación de la ETP .En la elaboración de la propuesta tuvimos en cuenta, entre otros aspectos, el modelo ideal del tutor, la situación actual y sus funciones.
