Abstract

El trabajo aborda una problemática de la escuela cubana: la orientación vocacional, enfocada hacia las especialidades más necesarias en un territorio acorde a sus características sociales y económicas. La idea surge a partir de las insuficiencias en la orientación vocacional hacia la Ingeniería Agropecuaria, dado el bajo nivel de ingreso a la especialidad y la necesidad de buscar nuevos profesionales para materializar los planes propuestos por el territorio.
