Las relaciones interpersonales en la formación inicial del profesional de la educación

Abstract

La formación de los profesionales de la educación, es una preocupación constante en nuestro país y en el mundo; por la importancia de la labor que desempeñan en y para la sociedad. La comunicación constituye un aspecto decisivo en la preparación de este profesional, cuya misión es educar a las nuevas generaciones. Partiendo de que la personalidad se forma, transforma y desarrolla en la actividad y la comunicación, por tanto, se pone de manifiesto con más fuerza la necesidad de preparar a los docentes de forma plena, responsable y eficiente en un mundo complejo, heterogéneo y cambiante que avanza vertiginosamente y en el que cada día la comunicación tiene mayor relevancia en el desarrollo del factor subjetivo en la sociedad.
