La preparación de los directivos educacionales en la gestión de la información

Abstract

Del estudio acerca del empleo de la información por los directivos educacionales, emerge como insuficiencia la preparación que poseen para su gestión. Se demuestra además que existe una relación funcional especial entre la gestión eficiente del directivo educacional y la información que existe en el Centro de Documentación e Información Pedagógica del municipio Las Tunas. Este trabajo ofrece una representación modelada del proceso de elaboración de las actividades metodológicas que favorecen la gestión de la información, para perfeccionar su modo de actuación y toma de decisiones. A través de la valoración crítica efectuada y al analizar las diversas fuentes que abordaron el tema, se demuestra que este aspecto se encuentra insuficientemente tratado en las Estructuras de la Dirección Municipal de Educación. La investigación realizada aborda el uso correcto de la información disponible en el Centro de Documentación e Información Pedagógica del municipio Las Tunas por parte de los directivos; con fines teóricos, científicos y prácticos pretende situar a su alcance una fuente de preparación coherente para la gestión de la información, con un enfoque objetivo y didáctico.
