Abstract

La tesis parte de la necesidad de dar atención a las insuficiencias presentadas en la superación de los docentes de la Educación Especial para desarrollar el trabajo preventivo en los escolares con retardo en el desarrollo psíquico. El diagnóstico efectuado permitió determinar las necesidades de superación que se comprueban en la práctica educativa, dirigidas fundamentalmente al desarrollo del trabajo preventivo desde el proceso educativo.
