Abstract

Uno de los problemas globales más acuciantes del mundo actual lo constituye el logro de la eficacia de las organizaciones, lo que se hace evidente en la situación actual que atraviesa el mundo de hoy. La formación de profesionales como vía para contrarrestar esta problemática es decisivo en las condiciones actuales, la sociedad demanda de la universidad un profesional altamente competente y dotado de las herramientas necesarias para enfrentar el entorno actual, los profesionales de las Ciencias Económicas juegan un papel decisivo y transformador de la sociedad, el trabajo tiene como objetivo: Analizar críticamente la formación gerencial de los estudiantes de la carrera de licenciatura Economía en la universidad cubana contemporánea.
