La Motivación. Una Alternativa Para La Consolidación Del Aprendizaje En El Adulto Subescolarizado

    En el adulto subescolarizado, el aprendizaje es un aspecto importante, teniendo en cuenta que la activación de los intereses y necesidades juega un rol significativo para el estimulo del desarrollo y crecimiento en el acto de aprender, en este sentido aún existen limitaciones para estimular la motivación por el aprendizaje en estos adultos, se manifiesta que el personal docente, no logra contextualizar el aprendizaje para motivar , así como es limitada la atención a las necesidades, particularidades y potencialidades de este tipo de adulto, por lo que se pone a consideración una alternativa para la motivación del aprendizaje en los adultos subescolarizados.
