Abstract

La tarea de instruir y capacitar a los docentes aspirantes a las categorías principales de profesores Auxiliares o Titulares y a otros necesitados de los Centros Universitarios Municipales en el contexto de la universalización de la educación superior, mediante un sistema coherente de informaciones, acerca de cómo pudieran demostrar que ostentan los requisitos en el proceso de los ejercicios de oposición para el logro de la categoría aspirada, que contribuya además a perfeccionamiento del trabajo metodológico en las diferentes instancias organizativa-docente; sustentado en regularidades de la didáctica universitaria, no es nada fácil. Constituye un reto para la formación de los Recursos Humanos con la calidad necesaria para el diseño y desenvolvimiento de los procesos formativos en la Nueva Universidad cubana.
