Particularidades De La Evaluación Del Impacto De La Superación De Los Directivos Educacionales

Abstract

Evaluar el impacto de las estructuras de dirección, se considera como un proceso diseñado para ayudar a identificar y fortalecer las conexiones entre las acciones de capacitación y el desempeño profesional. Teniendo en cuenta esta idea, aún se presentan insuficiencias en el proceso de evaluación de impacto de la superación de las estructuras de dirección en la provincia, valorando dicho impacto como la evaluación de los resultados o utilizando las mismas herramientas de otros procesos y sectores de la sociedad. Se propone, ofrecer algunas particularidades de la evaluación de impacto de dicha superación en la provincia.
